Shipping & Returns

Please note: as of 3/16 our shipments will be delayed because we are reducing our fulfillments schedule. We are also relaxing our returns policy from 15 days to a flexible window. Please just contact us if you'd like to make a return or exchange.

Shipping

Free shipping and returns on orders over £95 anywhere in the UK.  Free outbound shipping on orders over £95 anywhere in the EU.  UK orders under £95 will be charged a flat shipping fee of £5.  EU orders under £95 will be charged a flat shipping fee of £12.  Scaled rate starting at £20 (depending on number of units ordered) for shipping via DPD or DHL everywhere else worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any duties assessed. Please note that we ship from within the UK.

Delivery times will vary, but on average delivery will be within 5-9 business days for all in-stock items.  

Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.   

Returns / Exchanges

All items that are unworn and undamaged may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 15 days of receiving the product.  Please ensure tags are still on and the tote is included in the return.**

UK returns OVER £95 for exchange or refund: please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid return label free of charge. One free exchange/return label will be provided per original order.  The label will be voided if not used within 2 weeks.  If you would like to make a second exchange or return, please email us for authorization.  If authorized, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange or return.   

UK returns UNDER £95 for exchange or refund: please contact us for return/exchange authorization.  You may then send your item back to us at:  Zuri Returns: 363 Bleecker Street, NY, NY 10014.  For exchanges with an order value of less than $95, we will send you an invoice for the outbound shipping fee of $10.

EU returns + All returns from outside of the UK: If authorized via email for return or exchange, please post your return back to us for a refund.  Please email us at heyzuri@shopzuri.com to request all returns and exchanges.  

**TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together!  If you have ordered more than one dress or shirt and are returning only a partial order, you may keep the tote.  However, if you are returning a one-unit order (dress or shirt) and it's accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct £12 from your refund.  You may also request via email ahead of time to keep the tote for £12.  EXCHANGES:  Please include your tote when sending back your dress: we will ship you another tote with your new dress! 

Refunds are issued in the original form of purchase for all items. You will be refunded within 15 days of our receipt of the return items.
